They gave me this hat when I left Hackettstown Hospital. I've worn it plenty of times, but it finally fits me nicely and I think I look pretty darn cute in it!

Jack got a much-needed good night's sleep. Right now, he's swinging away and hiccuping.

Monday

Jack had a nice Monday. Rich took the day off to go hunting, but spent much of the day at home playing with Jack. We got him bundled up in his new hat and went for a snack at Gourmet Gallery (and had the best sandwich ever - grilled muenster on whole grain with pea shoots, red onion, avocado and a chipotle lime spread). Then we played some more and finally went to see Dr. Chi at 6. Jack weighs 12 pounds and is almost 25 inches long. Doctor says he is very strong (like a 9 month old in some respects) and will be tall and skinny! We took him home, gave him a bath and put him in bed. He is just the cheeriest (is that a word?) little fellow. We're blessed!

This morning

My First Christmas Tree

Today we went and picked out our very first family Christmas Tree. It was very chilly today...about 20 degrees. My big strong daddy cut it down in about 2 seconds. We had fun decorating it, and it looks very pretty!

Workin' Out

Mommy likes to put me on my tummy so I can get a good work out. I'm kinda tired of flipping over, so now I just practice my "cobra" moves.

Harry Connick Night

Mommy and Daddy went on a date on Thursday. But before they left, we took a nice family picture in front of Gramma Santoro's Christmas tree.

Jack does some pretty funny stuff these days...check out his reaction when I blow in his face (I know...not nice, but it's so comical!).

Good Boy

We are truly blessed with such a good little boy. I'm sure everyone says that! He happily occupies himself, smiles and laughs, sleeps well...we have nothing to complain about. Besides some of his diapers...Here he is playing by himself this morning.

Timber!

We are working on Jack's sitting up skills. We haven't been overly successful so far!! But don't worry, I scoop him right up when he plops over!

Wah!

Jack does not like having his clothes taken off (or put on, for that matter)! But once he gets in to his warm bath, he's quite content!
